Bad Weather

Bad Weather
Sometimes there is such bad weather that it feels like it will never stop... I know, eventually it stops.

“Weather is a great bluffer. I guess the same is true of our human society -- things can look dark, then a break shows in the clouds, and all is changed.”

This shot it dedicated to AbeNardo, a local journalist I find #@^*% (but funny at the same time).
Here you have two quotes I see fit:
“Journalists are like whores; as high as their ideals may be, they still have to resort to tricks to make money.”
~Pierce Thorne

sunsetPhotoshop? Of course not! Just a gimp(ed) image! :).
This one is dedicated to those people (3 persons) that sent emails to me saying things like "your last image is your worst image ever"... hope you like this waterscape better!

Know what you want to do, hold the thought firmly, and do every day what should be done, and every sunset will see you that much nearer to your goal.

Once upon a time...

forest water HDRI'm not sure why (light? colors? water?), but images of this kind seem to be taken from a fantasy book. Don't you agree?

Stormy, but there is always space for a bit of Faith.
Another photo I had around, again gimp processed. Some people wanted to know a bit more about gimp, here you have the documentation (in various languagues).

All but one

all but oneThis is a "Cardo Silvestre" (Bull Thistle) next to the Limay River, a few meters away from the Anfiteatro. I took this photo in January 2009, almost a year after I took the first shot I uploaded here... If you want to see/remember that HDR Anfiteatro shot click here.
As you can see here someone took one of these flowers, so this is all but one.
