A question that comes to my mind is, the difference between sunrises an sunsets are notable in pictures? I mean, despite at what side the sun is, if you don't know the place and don't know at what side (north, south, etc) the photographer is looking, you can distinguishe if it's sunrise or sunset?
With my cheap thoughts, I forgot to say, nice picture!
Sunsets are better (IMHO) cause its darker and you get the stars and moon as well... and its usually more of a red color. The light at sunrise seems a bit colder... but I have much more sunsets than sunrises because I'm not awake at 5am very often! :)
