Rocking at Malleo River

rocks riverThis is my final image from this river for a while since I don't want to be tagged as "boring". This one is dedicate to my wife, who was fly fishing next to me (these days I'm a photographer, not a fisher :).

I love the depth this photo shows! It looks like it just keeps going on and on in the middle.

A gorgeous view up the river to the valley and mountains beyond.

Great perspective from the low angle of the shot. I think that is what sets this photo apart from others.

What a peaceful place. I love places like this one, a place where you can find yourself with only your thoughts.
I think I'm needing such a place for a couple of days, but the cold of this epoque of the year doesn't let me think in anything but bloody cold >=(

Simply perfect. I imagine the water must be freezing.

Que belleza, que tranquilidad! Me acuerda un poco de Escocia, donde también se puede pescar bien.
